may be a member of the Skippers Pool,

• the skipper who holds a sea sailing licence and at least a Certificate B (FLV) or an equivalent foreign licence
• the co-skipper who holds a sea sailing licence and is currently attending the modules required to obtain a Certificate B (FLV)

Both must have participated at least once in a training course organised by the GLCR, either as skipper or co-skipper. If you are interested in joining this group of GLCR skippers, please make yourself known by sending an email to the President.
